The Studio Behind Valdaria
We build one world, by hand.
NOPOTIONS is an independent game studio with one ambitious goal: a dark fantasy RPG where an AI Narrator runs a single persistent world deep enough that every player lives their own story. It plays instantly in your browser, whenever you want to play, and every adventure takes place in Valdaria, a continent of deserts, floating citadels, and magma-lit mountains that remembers what you did in it.
What we are building
Most AI story games generate a fresh world every session and forget it just as fast. We took the opposite path, and the harder one: a small team hand-writes Valdaria's regions, cultures, gods, and monsters, and the AI Narrator runs your story inside that world with engine-rolled d20 dice, persistent characters, and a permanent inventory. Swindle an innkeeper in Totem Village and it becomes part of her history with you.
The goal is the full tabletop feeling on your own schedule: a game master who is always ready, rules that hold, and a world that keeps score for as long as you keep playing.
